We welcome stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops!

HOW TO PLACE WHOLESALE ORDER:

Once you register online as a customer (CLICK HERE TO REGISTER) please contact us via email: [email protected] with your business details. If you are happy with our wholesale terms and condition and ready to accept the below, we can upgrade your account to a wholesale account. Upon checkout, the order value will automatically be reduced by 50% as a wholesale discount from your shopping cart. i.e. If the item(s) has a total value of £1000 then it will be discounted to £500. Please note: you must be logged in to your approved wholesale account when placing your wholesale order otherwise your wholesale discount will not be applied.

You can also order by sending us a list of SKUs (or product names with colours), sizes and quantities via email to [email protected]. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

A minimum spend of £100 (after discount) is required on all orders that excludes accessories. For orders that are only accessories we ask for a minimum order of £200 (after discount). All orders must be paid for before items are shipped out. Please do not use PO Box Address and remote location requires additial shipping charges. 

WHOLESALE DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Though your shipment will likely to go out sooner, please allow up to 1-2 working days for your order to be despatched. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges which will be billed to your final invoice.

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. After usage of our product(s) any loose beads and sequins cannot be treated as faulty and returned for refund / exchange.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipment(s). Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
